• Where is the store based?

• Do you ship to Northern Ireland?

  At this time, no, unfortunately I cannot sell to NI. The complicated situation with NI’s relationship with UK and the EU means that despite being part of the UK it also falls under the new EU rules relating to the GPSR. At this time I am unable to fully comply with these rules so I cannot ship to Northern Ireland or anywhere within the EU.

  Storenvy includes NI under the UK shipping destination and does not allow me to separate them which means I cannot set a different deterrent shipping class the way I have with the rest of the EU. This unfortunately means that if you are in NI and attempt to order from me I will have to cancel your order.

  I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. I hope to eventually be able to sort things out to be able to comply with all the relevant regulations and open back up but I am unable to give estimates for when that might be, if ever.

• Why is the shipping cost so high for my country?

  Storenvy does not have a way of fully excluding international shipping options, therefore I have set the shipping class cost for some places to be ridiculously high to dissuade purchases that way. In particular this affects EU countries, due to the aforementioned GPSR which renders me unable to ship to those locations.
  Again, very sorry for the inconvenience. I do hope to be able to open up to the rest of the world again eventually.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Being based in the UK, I sure do! Be advised though that at present, I cannot ship to the EU or Northern Ireland due to the GPSR.

  Storenvy does not allow me to fully exclude NI so I must decline any orders made from there for the time being. I’m super sorry for the inconvenience.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
